Have you ever asked yourself, “Why am I here?”
If you have, then what you are really asking is “What is my life path?”
Everyone has one. It is determined the day you are born.
If you know your life path and understand the journey you are living, you can use it to transform your life.
I know what you are thinking that sounds too easy. Nothings easy. But once you have the road map, it is easier to make decisions.
Instead of being stuck or making decisions which leave you on a round-about or in a pit. Armed with your life path, you can choose to make better decisions that help you align with your purpose and passions.
Transform your life by making the required changes to your life to align more effectively with your true calling, the life you were born to live.
What is a life path?
We already stated everyone has a life path and that it is determined on the day you are born.
So that means everyone born on the same day as you has the same life path.
Think about how many people are born a day. That’s currently over 385,000 people born everyday in the world with the same life path.
For example, a baby born today on 2 February 2021, has a life path of 9. These babies are all on a journey to become a compassionate humanitarian, to live a life of integrity and wisdom.
There are many life paths. The raw life path numbers are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 with master life path numbers of 11, 22 and 33.
Your life path identifies the life you were born to live. That’s right!
They say life is a journey and your life path is the road you are destined to travel.
It will include opportunities to be successful, can be lived negatively or positively and there will be lessons to learn.
With self-awareness comes insight which can help you learn your life’s lessons more quickly. Otherwise they will keep coming until the pain of not learning them becomes unbearable.
What’s the saying, first the Universe dangles a carrot and then it sends a stick!
How is my life path calculated?
Using Western Numerology, to determine your life path we need to start with your date of birth. This needs to be the exact day you were born. The date on your birth certificate.
Then each number in your birth date is added together. So a person born on 15 June 1995 includes the numbers 1, 5, 6, 1, 9, 9, 5. If you add these numbers together you get 36. Then if you add 3 and 6 you get 9.
So all people born on 15 June 1995 have a life path of 36/9.
All people with the same life path are journeying to the same place. However, the way they travel will vary.
In a way its a same, same, different journey. It’s the same because people will experience similar opportunities and similar lessons to help them travel their life road. However, people are born with different personalities, heart’s desires and destiny.
Also people are born in different cultures, with different family environments, and different experiences. All these events help to make the journey of that person unique to them.
And life is unique to each of us. Not one person lives the same life as another. While people will ride the same journey the way they ride the journey is different.
Even the actual day and month a person is born will determine the gifts they are given to navigate their journey. For example, a person born on the 15th has different qualities to a person born on the 7th. A person born in July has different qualities to a person born in January.

What does my life path mean?
To really understand your journey you need to understand how your life path applies to your life.
When you are born you are living the life your parent/s are living. As a child you have no choice. So you might say you grow into your life path.
Everything that happens to you as a child will prepare you for your life path. These experiences will affect you either positively or negatively. As well as physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually.
The degree of impact will vary depending on your personality and soul. But as you mature into your life path they will become the basis for growth through awareness and learning lessons.
So everyone can expect their life to include lessons to learn, opportunities for success and growth.
You don’t jump into your life path, you could say you grow into it.
For example a person living a 36/9, first has to experience the 3 and 6 elements of their journey in preparation to live the 9.
That means a 36/9 path requires a person to learn the lessons of the 3 which is all about learning to express yourself creatively and overcoming self-doubt. Then the 36/9 lives the 6 requiring growth in self-love and dealing with issues in perfectionism. Finally the person who has learned the lessons of the 3 and 6 is ready to transform into the 9, a compassionate humanitarian and living a life of integrity and wisdom.
How can I transform my life?
When you understand the journey you are on and the lessons that need to be learned in your life, it is possible to transform your life for the better.
With self-awareness of what changes are needed and understanding exactly where you are at, you can work through the negative aspects in your life.
Awareness, self-care, and self-management can help you to acknowledge, forgive and release those things blocking you from moving on in your journey.
Also aligning your core beliefs to match your journey can help you live more authentically.
Let’s look at the 36/9 path again. Most people start living in the negative 3 first on this journey. Life will provide experiences for growth and lessons to be learned.
However, some people will not learn the lessons. They will ignore them because they want to stay where they are, they don’t want to change.
Remember the quicker you move from negative to positive via self-awareness, changing your behaviour and actions, through personal growth, the easier life can be.
Everyone still has challenges to overcome in their journey, but they can be learned the first time or the 100th time! It’s really up to you.

When you know your path number and what it means you have greater self-awareness and understanding about where you are in life and where you are going.
It helps to clarify the journey you are on and makes decision making easier because you can see the bigger picture.
Insight is a wonderful thing. Why live life with a blindfold on? When it is so easy to take it off!
