General terms and conditions

Welcome to our website, It is a brand of Open4rent Pty Ltd, which provides online advertising through multiple sites.

This website advertises professional coaches, healers, therapists and support services who are pre-approved as partners of Sisterhood of Roses. We also conduct and advertise events organised by Sisterhood of Roses, and events organised by our partners.

If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy and website disclaimer, govern’s relationship with you in relation to your use of this website.

By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to the brand and implies Open4rent Pty Ltd, and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.

Amendment of terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes.

We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website, then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence or your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and our rights and obligations to each other.

Limitation of liability

It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that (Open4rent Pty Ltd) is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any services we may offer or from any other use of the website.

This includes your use or reliance on any third-party content, links, comments or advertisements. Your use of, or reliance on, any information on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

It shall be your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements.

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Competition and Consumer Act

For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth),, Open4rent Pty Ltd’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the services to you again; or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied to you again. You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any services.

Delivery of services

We provide online advertising of professional coaches, healers and therapists, as well as community support services for women. The businesses/sole traders/consultants we promote are selected for their professionalism and suitability for general users of this site. We also offer promotion of events conducted by Sisterhood of Roses and by the businesses advertising on the site.

Our shop sells products hand selected for their quality, aesthetics and suitability. Some of these products are Sisterhood of Roses products and some are affiliate products, sourced from reputable suppliers.

A range of services and products are provided to users depending on their needs.

Types of users

General users

Users seeking reputable coaching, healing, therapeutic services provided by other women; and shopping for gifts and beautiful products provided by Australian businesses run by women


Businesses owned by women or female consultants providing coaching, healing, and/or therapeutic services who advertise their services and/or products; and who promote their events including meetups, workshops, circles, training sessions, seminars, conferences, and retreats.

Community service providers

Not-for-profit organisations who we provide free advertising to promote their  support services for women in need.

General users do not need to signup or login to use this website.

General users can use the shop to buy products. Search partners to find suitable coaches, healers and therapists and support services. View profiles for the owners of each listing (sisters). Contact partner businesses directly from their listing page or profile page. Provide reviews on partner businesses. Create an account to save partners if desired (but not necessary).

Partners are pre-selected. This involves interviewing the partner and confirming the suitability of the services they provide for women. We do not accept a partner is they are not considered professional and expert in their area of practice. Our selection of partners is not considered an endorsement. General users still need to apply their own criteria to determine if a service provider (partner) is suitable for their needs.

Partner businesses must be focused on women clients and run mainly by women. We reserve the right to decide who is acceptable to advertise on our site. We do not make choices based on ability to pay for advertising.

Sisterhood of Roses charges fees for advertising services after the initial free advertising which each partner is allocated. A partner must be approved before their business listing is made visible on our site.

Partners only advertising products in the shop may be required to pay commission or a fee for advertising their products on Again the selection of suitable products to sell via our site is determined by us.


We provide and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Refunds are available for advertising services and shop products.

Advertising services refunds

Advertising services can be cancelled at any time by a partner.

Full refund if advertising services were not used. Pro-rate refund based on total cost of services and the time services have been used.

Valid reasons for refund are non-supply of service. This means we did not provide the services we said we would when you signed up to your subscription.

A subscription package cannot be refunded in full if an advertisement has been uploaded or reactivated (including events) using the subscription, unless there is a technical issue with the delivery of the advertising service (this would mean it was not visible and searchable on the site).

A paid package may have additional services included with the subscription. If we do not provide these additional services (for example, invitations to workshops, featured in a blog) a refund of at least 50% is allowed.

Invalid reasons for refund include you changed your mind, you are not satisfied with the exposure you have received.

We make no guarantees that you will receive any inquiries from the advertisement you place on Sisterhood of Roses’ website.

When we experience a technical issue, for example, the site was down for a period of time, due to unforeseen circumstances, beyond the control of, this is not a valid reason for a refund. In this situation, we would not expire any advertisements affected and will extend the advertisement period for the same if not more days as the interruption.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund within three (3) business days. Unused subscriptions will be refunded in full, while refunds will by pro-rata for partially used subscriptions (additional services disputes). Refunds will be processed promptly, and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of

Shop product refunds

Products purchased from the shop can be refunded in full for a valid reason or exchanged for the same replacement item. Discounts or part refunds are not allowed.

Conditions for refunds:

A valid reason must be provided for the refund, which may include but not limited to, the item was delivered damaged, the incorrect size or product was shipped compared to what was ordered, the product does not work/perform the function it was intended to perform, the product is an inferior quality to what was described in the packaging or advertisement.

Links to other websites

Sisterhood of Roses provides directory services for women coaches, healers and therapists as well as support service providers for women. We also sell products in our shop which may include affiliate products provided by other businesses. Therefore, our website contains links to other websites, advertisements, products and information on those websites for your convenience.

While we have undertaken a process to select and  approve all business partners based on their integrity and quality of the services and products they provide, this does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval or arrangement between the owners of those websites.

Open4rent Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any of the content found on the linked websites. Please report any inappropriate links found by contacting us.

The Sisterhood of Roses website contains information and advertisements provided by third parties. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any information or advice provided to you directly by third parties.

We are making a recommendation only and are not providing any advice nor do we take any responsibility for any advice received in this regard.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for any particular purpose.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you is to maximise the services that we provide to you.

Sisterhood of Roses respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles. Please read our separate Privacy policy carefully.

You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. Alternatively you have complete control of your data through your user dashboard. User accounts can be edited and deleted without our interference.

All information we receive from our customers and online-visitors, is protected by our secure servers.

Our secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data collected is secured against unathorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

Third parties does not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information.

We may however, use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist it in meeting customer needs generally.

In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve our website and its services but not for any other use.

Disclose your information

In certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose information in good faith and where it is required to do so in the following circumstances: by law or by any court; to enforce the terms of any of our customer agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers or third parties.

Exclusion of competitors

This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics.

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

General user terms and conditions

General users

A general user is one of the following:

A visitor who uses without signing up/registering.

A registered visitor who signs up and logs in to our site to use its general services (not business services).

Our site is free for general users who will use the following services: the partner directory to find a coach, healer, therapist or support service; our event directory to find an event; our shop to peruse products for sale; and our blog to read articles relating to the wellbeing of women.

General users can create a user account to save and leave reviews for their favourite partners.

All users can search, view and connect with partners without a user account. However, contact name and contact information must be provided for general users to send messages to partners using the contact form embedded in each listing in the partner directory.

If users choose to leave a review for a partner, they will be required to create an account so that the review can be tracked to the owner of the review. This facilitates communication between the partner and the reviewer.

Partner terms and conditions

Partner defined

A partner is an approved business associate who subscribes to to advertise their coaching, healing or wellness (therapeutic) services and events to visitors on the site.

All partners are pre-approved based on four criteria.

The criteria include:

  1. All partners have to be female or at least one owner is a woman.
  2. The partner business provides services and/or products directly for the well being of women.
  3. The partner business provides and demonstrates professional and expertise services for women with integrity.
  4. The services provided by the partner business is complementary and relevant to this site.

Partner approval process

All partners must be invited or apply to become a partner business with this site.

Only approved partners can promote their services for a fee and attend our events as a sisterhood partner.

The approval process includes:

  • completing an application form to express your interest to become a partner business with us
  • participating in an interview or conversation where we can identify the services you deliver, your philosophies and the quality of those services
  • a review of your services based on the criteria for selection of a partner
  • notification if you have been accepted as a partner.

All partners who do not initially get approved to be a partner are allowed to reapply after three (3) months as long as they can prove appropriate changes or alignment now exists. Otherwise we thank you for your application and wish you all the best.

Partner subscriptions

Once approved partners are required to activate a subscription to promote their coaching, healing or wellness services on our site.

Subscriptions are annual subscriptions which can be paid weekly, monthly or annually. Free subscriptions may sometimes be available.

Subscriptions include the following:

  • a partner business directory listing with varying features depending on the subscription selected
  • ability to promote events in the event directory
  • user dashboard with provision to setup a profile and add menu items to business listings
  • invitation to participate as a partner service at any Sisterhood of Roses events run anywhere in Australia, preference being given to regional partners first and partners who have paid subscriptions
  • invitation to promote services at any Sisterhood of Roses events run anywhere in Australia including providing brochures and sample products for attendees, or setting up trade stalls.

Shop terms and conditions

Whole agreement

These terms and conditions represent the whole agreement between you and (Open4rent Pty Ltd) concerning your use and access to website and your use and access to the documents and information on it. No other term is to be included in this agreement except where it is required to be included by any legislation of the Commonwealth or any State or Territory. All implied terms except those implied by statute and which cannot be expressly excluded are hereby expressly excluded.

Exclusion of unenforceable terms

Where any clause or term above would by any applicable statute be illegal, void, or unenforceable in any State or Territory then such a clause shall not apply in that State or Territory and shall be deemed never to have been included in these terms and conditions in that State or Territory. Such a clause if legal and enforceable in any other State or Territory shall continue to be fully enforceable and part of this agreement in those other States and Territories. The deemed exclusion of any term pursuant to this paragraph shall not affect or modify the full enforceability and construction of the other clauses of these terms and conditions.


This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of QLD and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and (Open4rent Pty Ltd) that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
