What is the Finding Self Workshop?

The Finding Self workshop is a fun and interactive workshop for women exploring who we really are.

It combines principles and theories of positive psychology, CBT (Cognitive Based Therapies), life coaching principles, life purpose system, archetypes, mindfulness and mindset philosophies into new levels of personal awareness.

Then using this awareness provides participants with insight into what is holding them back from living their best life. As well as where they can maximise their opportunities and strengths.

Finding Self workshop is a self-awareness workshop, personalised, engaging, enlightening and actionable.

Session 1:
Our journey – self-discovery

In this session you will connect, reflect and share with other participants as we explore what’s really going on in our lives. Delving into your life path, are you living negatively or positively? What life cycle are you currently travelling and how is this impacting your everyday life?

Session 2:
The real you

Delving deeper into self-awareness, you will explore your personality and real heart’s desires. Together we uncover your destiny and where your life is trying to lead you. Exploring your archetypes we peace together a picture of who you really are.

Session 3:
Uncovering life’s lessons

After gaining greater insight and awareness of who you really are and what you are maturing into, now is the time to uncover what life is trying to teach you. What are the recurring patterns in these experiences? How can you maximise your opportunities? What traits are holding you back? Where are there opportunities for greater alignment and fulfilment?
